💼 About This Role

You'll lead full P&L ownership and performance management for a $300-400M division with 25+ markets and 1,000+ employees. You'll drive rolling forecasts and partner with the General Manager to optimize growth and profitability. This role offers high visibility in a PE-backed environment with direct impact on strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own divisional P&L and working capital management end-to-end
• Lead monthly reporting and forecast cycles with variance analysis
• Build and maintain integrated rolling forecast models
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to maximize ROI

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• At least 3 years supporting a full P&L as divisional finance lead
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling
• Experience with rolling forecast methodologies

• Experience in multi-location, service-based businesses
• Prior exposure to private equity performance reporting
