• Develop team through feedback and performance check-ins
• Generate and monitor operational reports for upper management

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Experience with strategic planning and process improvement
