Description
As an IT Support Technician at Betterment, you will provide second-line support and act as an escalation point for IT Support Associates. You'll troubleshoot complex requests, manage hardware deployments, administer SaaS platforms, and lead onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth IT operations for a fast-growing financial services company.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years macOS support experience with white-glove service
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience managing SaaS platforms: Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware, macOS, iOS, Android
- Experience with A/V systems, Zoom Rooms, conference displays
Responsibilities
- Own support requests in Zendesk with clear documentation
- Act as escalation point for IT Support Associates (L1)
- Troubleshoot access issues, SaaS apps, email groups, hardware
- Procure, configure, and ship laptops and accessories
- Lead new hire onboarding sessions and provide 1:1 support
