Description

You will perform technical and mechanical functions related to property plant and equipment to achieve energy efficiency and cost effectiveness, while maintaining and repairing building systems across multiple assigned properties. Daily local travel is required.

Requirements

• Comply with EPA, OSHA, ASHRAE rules and company safety guidelines
• Experience with building maintenance and repair
• Valid driver's license for daily local travel
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and BMS systems
• Conduct monthly site inspections including roof and mechanical/electrical rooms
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical)
• Communicate effectively with facility managers, tenants, vendors, and employees
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and vehicles
