You'll activate and manage relationships with restaurant and retail partners in Phoenix, ensuring successful launch and growth on Zipline's drone delivery platform. You'll be the local eyes and ears, providing insights to guide product improvements and business expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with partners to understand operations and develop operating partnership
• Launch and expand Zipline's service to partners cross-functionally
• Establish regular communication with local restaurant and retail management
• Gather customer insights and report findings to guide product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in partner success or field operations
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated pragmatic problem solving and driving initiatives
• Ability to build trust quickly with customers

• Familiarity with delivery marketplace business models (e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash)
• Experience in retail, restaurant or ecommerce environment
