Description

You will take ownership of the Operations Platforms domain, bringing structure to complex operational processes, defining system requirements, and driving the evolution of internal platforms that support critical workflows like payroll, inventory, and recruitment. This role is about building the operational backbone of the company by analyzing processes, designing system solutions, and partnering with engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Business/System Analyst in product, fintech, or operational platforms
• Strong experience in process analysis and optimization (BPMN, AS-IS/TO-BE, workflow design)
• Ability to work with complex, ambiguous systems and bring structure to unstructured domains
• Experience writing structured requirements for engineering teams
• Fluent English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Operations Platform domain: understand processes, identify gaps, define roadmap
• Design and evolve master data system for operational employees to ensure data quality and consistency
• Build and improve OPS recruitment workflows for automation and scalability
• Analyze and structure complex operational processes like payroll, inventory, and document management
• Drive integrations between internal systems (CRM, training, WFM, etc.)
