🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement business plans to optimize reverse mortgage distribution in BC.
  • Build relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and referral sources.
  • Conduct proactive sales calls and attend industry events outside business hours.
  • Provide product training and credit support to referral partners and internal teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales or underwriting experience in the mortgage industry.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading sales teams.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Post-secondary degree; graduate degree in business preferred.
