You'll develop and operationalize in-market plans for Equitable Bank's Reverse Mortgage business, managing relationships with referral partners and driving sales. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and implement business plans to optimize reverse mortgage distribution in BC.
- Build relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and referral sources.
- Conduct proactive sales calls and attend industry events outside business hours.
- Provide product training and credit support to referral partners and internal teams.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of sales or underwriting experience in the mortgage industry.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading sales teams.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Post-secondary degree; graduate degree in business preferred.
