๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the company's presence at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences across North America, running them end-to-end from sourcing to post-event reporting. You'll partner with sales to drive real pipeline and revenue. This role offers high visibility and ownership from day one, with a chance to shape how customers and prospects see the company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source and prioritize events aligning with ICP and revenue goals.
- Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and vendor contracts.
- Plan and execute all event logistics end to end.
- Drive pipeline with sales through pre-show meetings and lead capture.
- Define KPIs and report on event results and ROI.
๐ Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in event or field marketing, ideally B2B or tech.
- Track record of organizing events end to end with measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing an events budget and maximizing ROI.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for lead management.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with event tools like Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
- Experience working with international events or vendors.
- Background in B2B SaaS or similar fast-paced tech environment.
