You'll own end-to-end financial planning and build scalable models for a fast-scaling fintech. You will operate as a key partner to executive leadership, translating complex data into strategic insights that drive growth and profitability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end financial planning and forecasting processes
• Build and maintain scalable financial models for growth planning
• Partner with business leaders on budgets and performance tracking
• Conduct variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling expertise building complex models from scratch
• Proven budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment
• Unit economics and growth metrics understanding (CAC, LTV, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Workforce planning or operational capacity modeling experience
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• Startup or fintech background
