Description

In this role, you will oversee geothermal and construction projects onsite, manage drilling operations and subcontractors, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure project goals and quality standards are met. You will use tools like Monday.com and Procore to track deliverables and facilitate communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience as a Heavy Construction Manager in renewable energy or similar heavy construction projects
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and construction methodologies
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
• Extensive experience in designing geothermal heat pump systems and ground loop heat exchanger design

Responsibilities

• Oversee geothermal and construction project onsite, ensuring field testing, drilling, and site operations meet goals and specifications
• Develop and maintain field reporting trackers for testing and bore field updates
• Assist CPM in overseeing project stakeholders to create construction plans, budgets, and timelines
• Supervise on-site drilling operations and subcontractor activities for compliance with scope, quality, and warranty guidelines
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety and quality control measures
