You'll lead the development of engineering applications that make PhysicsX's AI platform accessible to engineers, working with a team to build scalable, modular interfaces across the engineering lifecycle. Your work will directly accelerate hardware innovation for leading companies in aerospace, defense, and automotive. This role offers the chance to shape both product and engineering culture at a deep-tech company with F1 roots.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with product managers and designers to define functional requirements.
• Lead implementation of components and services by a software engineering team.
• Design and maintain interoperable, independently versioned platform services.
• Define and advocate for scalable, modular front-end architecture.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead teams of software engineers in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining application services in distributed architectures.
• Strong experience deploying applications on Kubernetes with IaC (Helm, Terraform, Crossplane) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and state management (Zustand, Jotai, Redux, MobX).
