Description

You will drive delivery of systems, tools, and workflows for machine learning on the VALORANT AI team. You'll partner with engineers and stakeholders to produce high-quality AI systems that meet player and developer needs, guiding the team through planning, prioritization, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge
• 4+ years as Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large teams
• 4+ years managing complicated project deliveries across multiple business units
• Experience in live service environments across multiple platforms
• Experience in AI or machine learning environment

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day team production operations and development processes
• Partner with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical plans
• Manage team backlog, roadmap, and development processes
• Align commitments and deliveries across organizations for on-time, quality delivery
• Collaborate across stakeholders for optimal AI delivery
