๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the strategy and delivery of benefits and wellbeing programs across the Americas, focusing on the U.S. This role drives employee experience, financial discipline, and operational perfection while partnering with Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end benefits strategy for the Americas
  • Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and RFPs
  • Manage retirement programs including U.S. 401(k)
  • Oversee U.S. leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave)

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Benefits or Total Rewards experience in high-tech
  • People leadership experience building and developing teams
  • Proven track record managing vendor relationships including RFPs and contract negotiations
  • Hands-on experience with U.S. leave programs and regulations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation
  • Experience in a global or high-growth technology company
  • Strong analytical skills using data to influence decisions
