💼 About This Role

You'll guide Latin American hotel clients through accounting onboarding and fiscal compliance to unlock Cloudbeds' financial capabilities. You'll work directly with their accounting teams to ensure every property is configured correctly from day one. This role blends hospitality accounting expertise with technical curiosity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide clients through chart of accounts mapping and tax configuration.
• Support integrations with accounting platforms like QuickBooks and NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and integration sync issues.
• Contribute to onboarding documentation for hospitality accounting workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hospitality accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience configuring PMS-accounting integrations.
• Deep knowledge of at least one Latin American country's e-invoicing requirements.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
