You'll support licensed colorists in providing seamless guest experiences while learning services and working toward promotion. Your core impact is executing consultations, shampooing, blowouts, and driving sales goals. This role offers clear training to advance to Colorist in 3-9 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and styling services
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Learn color theory and behind-the-chair skills

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in state of application
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
