You'll lead day-to-day field operations for Wave Burkina, managing core teams to drive user growth and agent network quality. This role directly supports the mission of making Africa cashless.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all daily field operations and solve growth bottlenecks.
• Manage agent operations, liquidity, quality, cash security, and training.
• Drive strategic projects to improve agent network and user growth.
• Hire, grow, and manage a high-performing local team.

📋 Requirements

• English fluency and French fluency (required).
• At least 8 years managing large field teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Burkina Faso market knowledge.
