You'll join an award-winning support team, helping customers solve technical challenges using the Sigma platform. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to diagnose complex issues and drive solutions. This role offers the chance to improve product and support operations while working with live data.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Assist customers with diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues
- Develop best practices and tools for diagnosing issues and optimizing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create first-class user experience
- Participate in quarterly projects and perform periodic on-call duties
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing technical role at cloud/SaaS provider
- SQL proficiency including JOINs, Window Functions, CTEs, and sub-queries
- Query performance troubleshooting and plan analysis
- Data modeling concepts proficiency
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a cloud service in production
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Knowledge of GCP or AWS
