You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to diagnose complex issues and drive solutions. This role offers the chance to improve product and support operations while working with live data.

  • Assist customers with diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues
  • Develop best practices and tools for diagnosing issues and optimizing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create first-class user experience
  • Participate in quarterly projects and perform periodic on-call duties

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing technical role at cloud/SaaS provider
  • SQL proficiency including JOINs, Window Functions, CTEs, and sub-queries
  • Query performance troubleshooting and plan analysis
  • Data modeling concepts proficiency

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a cloud service in production
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Knowledge of GCP or AWS
