You will work as a Sales Engineer to help global enterprises adopt Ubuntu Pro and open source technologies. Collaborate with sales teams, gather customer requirements, deliver demonstrations, and provide feedback to product teams. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive open source adoption.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or compelling alternative path
• Practical knowledge of Linux, virtualization, containers, and networking
• Intermediate level Python programming skills
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect customer business requirements and advise on Ubuntu and open source applications
• Identify customer challenges with open source and articulate how Ubuntu Pro helps
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Ubuntu Pro to prospective and current clients
• Liaise with product teams to provide feedback on requirements to influence roadmap
• Work collaboratively with sales team to reach common targets
