💼 About This Role

You'll lead ecosystem growth and partnership development across APAC for Sentient Foundation, a leader in open-source AI. You'll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving initiatives in Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia. This role offers the chance to shape cross-functional strategy in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute APAC ecosystem strategies
• Lead cross-functional planning and coordination
• Build relationships with exchanges, AI labs, and partners
• Represent Foundation at industry events across region

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, or BD in web3/AI
• Experience at a top exchange (Coinbase, Binance, OKX) strongly preferred
• Track record of building partnerships in APAC markets
• Deep understanding of OSS, AI, and web3 ecosystems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a foundation or protocol-level org
• Existing network in APAC AI/crypto communities
• Fluency in Mandarin
