💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic-based environment. You'll implement behavior intervention plans with real-time BCBA supervision and support. This role offers consistent weekday hours with no weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Create engaging and motivating learning environments

📋 Requirements

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Experience working with children in structured settings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active
• Reliable transportation
