You'll act as a strategic partner to EMEA leadership, owning full-lifecycle recruitment for critical GTM functions. Your core impact is to anticipate talent needs and attract difference-makers for a fast-growing company. This role offers the chance to shape talent strategy for a leading integration platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Pipeline, source, and hire top-tier talent through advanced channels.
  • Design and deliver data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Act as trusted advisor to EMEA leadership on talent intelligence.
  • Own full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer close.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Significant in-house TA experience in high-growth tech/SaaS.
  • Proven track record in GTM recruiting with depth in Enterprise Sales across EMEA.
  • Solid knowledge of EMEA labour laws and hiring compliance (UK, Germany, France, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ATS data integrity and recruitment analytics (Greenhouse preferred).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with multiple EMEA markets including works councils.
  • Familiarity with tools like Workday, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter.
