Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management processes, investigating inventory accuracy issues, and supporting key operational functions like shipment, receiving, and sales floor recovery. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Management team to maintain strong visual standards and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and processes
