You'll lead a newly formed Product Integration team at a personalized genetic testing leader, pivoting from late-stage testing to proactive, end-to-end integration for complex projects. You'll act as the Integration Quarterback, defining golden paths through distributed architecture and driving milestone-based validation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transition from legacy PSPC model to risk-based integration strategy
• Serve as integration quarterback for major company initiatives
• Own validation of critical business workflows across full stack
• Recruit and mentor a new breed of Integration Leads

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing complex software integration or QA
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices
• Experience in regulated industry (healthcare preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HIPAA, CLIA, FDA standards
• Experience turning around underperforming testing functions
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
