💼 About This Role

You'll join the Governance, Risk, Compliance team at Dropbox to mature programs for risk-informed decisions across enterprise risk, AI governance, and business resilience. You'll partner with Security, Privacy, Engineering, and Legal to translate complex considerations into practical governance. This role offers exposure to AI governance and quantitative risk management (FAIR).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve GRC programs including risk assessments and audit readiness.
• Lead risk reduction projects to strengthen control environment.
• Coordinate with auditors and support compliance engagements.
• Drive AI governance initiatives and risk assessments.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in risk, governance, compliance, or related programs.
• Experience at a publicly traded SaaS company.
• Familiarity with FAIR quantitative risk methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS security concepts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge in AI governance, security, or privacy.
• AIGP or CIPP certification.
