Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related role
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage sales data integrity and CRM administration, ensuring accurate pipeline records
- Perform outreach and qualification activities for inbound leads
- Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and best practices
- Partner with leadership to create and track KPIs and sales goals
