You'll manage the full lifecycle of creative and marketing projects for Curaleaf's Internal Creative Agency. You'll ensure timely delivery while navigating compliance and legal reviews. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape cannabis marketing in a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of marketing and creative projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinate compliance and legal review workflows for assets
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of PM experience in marketing/agency
• Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (alcohol, cannabis, pharma, tobacco)
• Familiarity with retail environments (Target-scale, Trader Joe's)
