You will lead finance transformation initiatives for insurance and banking clients, focusing on financial planning, profitability analytics, and operating model redesign. This role involves partnering with executive stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable financial models and performance management frameworks.

Requirements

• Seasoned finance transformation leader with experience in complex financial services organizations
• Understanding of how financial performance is created, measured, and managed in insurance or banking
• Experience in financial planning, profitability analytics, and operating model redesign
• Ability to work closely with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including stress testing, capital planning, long-range planning, budgeting, and scenario modeling for insurance or banking
• Develop product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis, including margin drivers, pricing, and capital considerations
• Drive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services cost allocation
• Support executive decision-making with insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards
