Description

You will lead the design, operation, and protection of mission-critical communications environments for a DoD customer. Manage secure technology control facilities, supervise technical teams, and oversee network infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, and circuits. Ensure operational readiness and coordinate incident response and service restoration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
• 5+ years managing/operating secure or regulated technology environments
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible
• Proven ability to lead technical teams in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities
• Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto systems
• Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, and network consoles
• Direct Tier 2 Tech Control/Helpdesk operations including incident response and restoration
• Apply ITSM best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management
