💼 About This Role

You'll be the go-to person for all hardware and software issues at Palantir, ensuring US Government employees can be productive. Your work will directly enable data-driven decisions that save lives and forecast disruptions. You'll automate routine tasks to focus on impactful solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new users and provide end user support.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for all technologies.
• Support day-to-day technical and logistical operations.
• Manage Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI.

📋 Requirements

• Active US DoD Secret or higher Security Clearance
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and be on feet up to 8 hours
• Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level I requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional Linux experience
• Coding/scripting proficiency in at least one language
• Dedication to automating solutions
