  • Respond promptly to merchant inquiries via email, Slack, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
  • Manage 20-30 open customer conversations at a time
  • Spot trends in support issues and share insights

  • Proven experience in merchant support or customer support
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
