You'll resolve technical issues and help enterprise customers onboard quickly using an AI-first support platform for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You'll partner with customers to remove roadblocks, improve product experience, and contribute to knowledge base and internal processes. This role offers growth paths to CSM, BDR, or Sales Engineer.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot technical queries and identify software bugs
  • Maintain help documents and manage internal support systems
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to improve platform

📋 Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • AI-first approach and self-motivated mindset
  • Curiosity for technical deep-diving and troubleshooting
  • Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days in-office)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Pylon, Fathom, Salesforce, or HubSpot experience
  • Experience with AI bot tools
  • Video submission demonstrating communication skills
