You'll lead project management, generate insights from data, and collaborate with diverse teams to enhance service operations, network management, and claims processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or related field
• 2+ years delivering projects/programs independently and within a team
• Experience using data and metrics to drive strategic decisions
• Executed enterprise-wide initiatives including project plan definition and resource coordination
• Healthcare experience or SQL proficiency (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects including planning, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
• Generate insights by analyzing data and metrics, and assist in developing departmental metrics
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to formulate implementation and program strategies
• Proactively identify opportunities and draw conclusions from analyses
• Develop executive-level communications to convey impact of work to leadership
