🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep understanding of quote, policy, and claims data to enhance pricing
• Own strategic initiatives like expansion plans or renewing customer protection
• Conduct claims analysis and modelling using SQL and Python
• Build and deploy pricing models in APIs for real-time pricing
• Identify new external data sources to refine risk view

📋 Requirements

• Ability to interrogate data and conduct pricing analysis in SQL and Python/R
• Ability to build GLMs, GBMs and other claims models within Python/R
• At least 3 years of experience in a data-driven commercial role

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing a team
• Experience with MLENG and API deployment
• Knowledge of reinsurer or regulatory relationships
