💼 About This Role

You'll act as a versatile commercial contracts lawyer for a major insurance company, handling vendor, SaaS, and real estate agreements. You'll support cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Claims, and help manage overflow work and project-based initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading alternative legal services provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate third-party agreements including vendor and SaaS contracts
• Handle medium-complexity commercial agreements and corporate transactions
• Provide real estate legal support including lease amendments and renewals
• Support multiple internal groups as a central legal resource

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial contracts
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business functions including IT, HR, Claims, and Real Estate
• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
