💼 About This Role

You'll lead shift operations for a rapid delivery facility, ensuring order accuracy and efficient fulfillment. You'll directly oversee teams of associates and driver-partners to drive customer satisfaction through process improvements and real-time problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all facility operations and delivery processes during shift
• Coach and motivate team to meet performance objectives
• Handle inbound inventory and pack orders during low volume periods
• Troubleshoot and resolve shift defects and escalate issues

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• 1+ year of experience improving processes and efficiencies
• Available during peak hours (5pm - 3am) including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts
