💼 About This Role

You'll partner with business stakeholders to drive financial planning and analysis and build compelling data dashboards that help leadership make informed decisions. Your work will directly support the company's budgeting and Sales & Operations Planning processes, accelerating the adoption of renewable energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the annual budgeting cycle by gathering inputs and validating assumptions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to support the S&OP process.
• Forecast revenues, volumes, and margins at product, customer, and channel level.
• Analyze performance variances using a Price-Volume-Mix framework.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Experience forecasting revenues, volumes, and margins and explaining variances using a PVM framework.
• Strong Excel and Python skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or other advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
• Direct experience supporting a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or other data transformation tools.
