You'll operate and maintain water plant and pump station equipment for an employee-owned environmental firm. You'll ensure compliance and efficiency through laboratory analysis and operational changes. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are key for this onsite role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain water treatment plant equipment
• Perform laboratory analysis and adjust plant operations
• Troubleshoot and repair pumping equipment and controls
• Respond to emergency or unpredicted situations

📋 Requirements

• High school or vocational school with mechanical/electrical coursework
• Experience in operation and maintenance of municipal infrastructure
• Valid IL driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs regularly

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of SCADA operations
• Proficiency with software like MS Teams, Outlook, Hach WIMS, Utility Cloud
