Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Auth0 Platform, you will act as a key technical advisor, collaborating with sales teams to demonstrate how Auth0 solutions solve critical identity challenges. You'll support proof of concepts, present at events, and help drive knowledge sharing to contribute to sales targets in Japan.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing Pre-sales SE or Technical Sales roles
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English via email, Slack, or one-on-one
• Experience with IAM, SSO, Security, or API-based solutions
• Hands-on development experience in web, mobile, or backend technologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to demonstrate Auth0 platform value to stakeholders from practitioners to C-level
• Serve as primary technical resource for product functionality and technical inquiries
• Drive knowledge sharing through best practices and reusable assets
• Support customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
• Present and demonstrate at events to evangelize Auth0
