Description

You will build and lead a new channel for Starlink's Enterprise team, blending operational leadership with partner development. Your work will drive growth through strategic partnerships with IT integrators, establishing scalable processes and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years in operations, account management, or channel programs
  • 4+ years collaborating with commercial partners on technical products/services
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience
  • Experience scaling a new vertical from early-stage to operational maturity preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establish and track performance metrics for activation speed, billing accuracy, revenue realization, and partner satisfaction
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, tools, and automation to achieve weekly activation targets
  • Identify operational friction and convert into process improvements, training, and system requirements
  • Standardize playbooks, documentation templates, and handoff protocols for cross-functional execution
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including pricing transitions, bulk onboarding, billing optimizations, and collections coordination
