Description

You will integrate secondary structure, avionics, and propulsion components onto the vehicle's primary structure, performing assembly, testing, and checkout of flight hardware. You'll work hands-on with large and small assemblies, operate heavy rigging and personnel platforms, and collaborate with engineers to develop integration processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years experience with propulsion, mechanical, automotive, electrical, or avionics hardware installation
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
• Willing to travel up to 25%
• Ability to work at heights (up to 500ft) and in confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Stage, set up, assemble, test, and install flight hardware
• Use precision calibrated tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Perform fluids and pneumatic testing
• Collaborate with production engineers to develop integration processes
