You'll craft compelling RFQ/P responses and interview materials, manage CRM accuracy, and mentor team members. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic proposal development and RFQ/P responses
• Produce interview materials, GMP packages, and award submissions
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage content libraries
• Mentor marketing team members and support training initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of A/E/C industry proposal-process leadership
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM
• Strategic mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• General contracting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field
