💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain scalable data models in dbt and Snowflake to power Contentful's analytics foundation. Your work will enable data-driven decisions across all teams by transforming raw data into trusted, analytics-ready structures. This role is at the heart of the company's evolution to a modern, governed, insight-led architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build analytics models in dbt and Snowflake.
• Transform raw data from product, finance, and sales into analytics-ready structures.
• Take ownership of analytics engineering projects from scoping to monitoring.
• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to define trusted data assets.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics engineering or BI development.
• Proven SQL expertise to build modular data models in dbt.
• Deep Snowflake knowledge (warehouses, roles, performance tuning).
• Experience applying data ops practices (version control, testing).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience structuring data for Tableau.
• Familiarity with Airflow for data orchestration.
• Knowledge of Hightouch for reverse ETL.
