💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-quality reproductive healthcare at our Escondido Health Center, delivering exams, diagnosis, and treatment. You'll also serve as a medical resource supporting team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers rigorous training and opportunities to learn new skills like IUC retrievals and GAHT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, physicians, and management on patient care
• Partner with Case Management team on lab results and referrals
• Perform procedures like IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, and Cryotherapy

📋 Requirements

• Active California license as Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate compassion in patient care and staff support
