💼 About This Role

You'll drive Tandem's expansion across France, forging high-impact partnerships with providers, EHR vendors, and health insurers. As a market expert, you'll pitch, negotiate, and close strategic deals, bringing the voice of the market back to inform product and go-to-market strategy. This role combines relationship building, commercial closing, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-scaling health-tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and manage key healthcare relationships in France
  • Open doors with provider groups, EHR vendors, and payors
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close strategic deals
  • Represent Tandem at events and conferences

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare partnerships or sales
  • Strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in regulated environments
  • Deep knowledge of the French healthcare ecosystem
  • Fluent in French and English

  • Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software
  • Familiarity with EU/French regulatory and compliance environments
