You'll join the Core Team, engineering critical systems like transaction ledger, IAM, and payment orchestration. You'll scale risk & financial engines and provide cross-team technical leadership. This role offers ownership of core banking platform and impact across multiple product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engineer core platform domains like transaction ledger and IAM
• Optimize bank integrations and real-time fraud detection
• Drive cross-team technical analysis and produce design docs
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend engineering experience
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Proven track record with microservices and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Kinesis)
• FinTech domain knowledge
