You'll oversee daily operations and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities near Ft. Meade, Florida. You'll manage a staff of 8+ and coordinate with clients, regulators, and contractors to ensure efficient system operation and regulatory compliance. This role offers the chance to implement an innovative predictive maintenance program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of water and wastewater facilities
• Oversee SCADA system and remote communications network
• Implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs
• Prepare compliance reports for regulators and clients

📋 Requirements

• Florida Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators license
• 5-10 years experience managing complex water/wastewater facilities
• Experience overseeing annual operating budget of $1.5M+
• Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis
