🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to align vision and goals.
• Define UX strategy and break down complex challenges into scalable solutions.
• Mentor designers and foster a culture of growth and collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with web/mobile SaaS portfolio.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Figjam.
• Expert visual and interaction design skills reflected in portfolio.
• Strong communication skills to explain design rationale and trade-offs.
