Description
You'll serve as a technical partner to district clients and internal teams, driving AI product quality and surfacing actionable insights. You will collaborate across Product, Development, Content, and Success teams to ensure quality control, investigate prompt performance using tools like Claude Code, and build dashboards in Tableau and Claude.

- Combines strong customer support and technical instincts
- Strong data analysis competencies with curiosity about AI
- Experience with prompt investigation and workflow performance tools like Claude Code
- Ability to create knowledge base articles and processes
- Experience with Tableau for dashboarding and analytics
Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical support to district clients
- Conduct systematic QA/QC of learning activities and prompt experiments using Claude Code
- Build and maintain dashboards for CX and product-quality metrics in Tableau
- Develop and manage project workplans for activity creation and QA/QC in JIRA
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and user pain points with AI tools
