Description

You will focus on paint line processes, preparing parts for painting, inspecting after painting, and labeling for movement, while maintaining quality standards. You'll help ensure efficient paint line operation, make color changes, and uphold safety and 5S organization.

Requirements

• Knowledge of paint line processes
• Paint booth experience
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to meet production requirements
• Prior powder coating experience desired

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from lead/supervisor
• Change parts on correct racks and support capacity plan
• Make color changes in timely manner
• Ensure quality of painted parts meets standards
• Maintain paint room efficiency and inventory
