🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts
• Conduct classroom training sessions for operators
• Support Help Desk and resolve technical issues with engineering
• Provide user feedback to enhance the product

📋 Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required
• Experience configuring software platforms for operational processes
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
